We hear many agents say they don’t get results from Facebook.
We’re going to fix that.
(get the Facebook Formula for Real Estate Success
Workshop Slides below!)
Why Real Estate Facebook Posts and Ads?
Because there are 224 million active Facebook users in the US and Canada, over 2 million in Phoenix, AZ.
Like it or not, your leads are on Facebook.
That means you have to post effective Real Estate Facebook posts so they WORK for you!
On your business page, you can Boost a Post for a small amount of money ($5/day)
and reaches thousands of your Buyer and Seller leads!
Do Real Estate Facebook Posts and Ads Work?
Yes. Next question. OK, you’re right. That’s not fair.
The Facebook ads that don’t work are the ones with bad content such as a head shot or tiny house picture and the words “Call me if you’re interested in looking at this house! I’d LOVE to show it to you!” Bad content gets bad results. It’s not Facebook that’s not working. It’s your content! That’s why you want to use our Proven Power Tools!
Proof Point: One agent, on her first try without any coaching, posted an ad. Her actual sign up results were as follows:
- Sellers whose contact information (some just email, some email and phone) = 41
- Valuation attempts (address only) – 127
- Buyer leads (have email and some phone also) = 90
She spent less than $60 and got 3 listings as well as several buyers. With a little marketing content help, her numbers could have been double or triple these!

How do I make it work for me?
“Be generous. Be informative. Be funny. Be inspiring.
Be all the characteristics we enjoy in other human beings.”
Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook , Gary Vaynerchuk
The “jabs” Gary V. is talking about are when you post something that is valuable to your prospective Buyer and Seller leads. Go look at your posts.
Are they of sunsets and meals or are they filled with interesting real estate tips and creative videos and photos of people enjoying their homes?
You can include funny cartoons (see below) to show you understand how Buyers and Sellers feel. Marketing in any form does not work if your content doesn’t resonate with your audience.
Facebook is your New Referral Tool
Agents often say “I get most of my business through referrals.” To get into the six figures, it’s time you used Facebook as your referral tool. Anyone under the age of 40 is going to look your name up on Facebook. They will decide from there whether to go to your website or move on to another agent.
In your posts, be sure to provide the complete LINK to the relevant web page on your website so readers will get to know you and get more Real Estate tips from you there.
